Everything was fine and met expectation. The staff was very amiable and genuinely helpful, the accommodation was straightforward and fairly clean. Asked for double room and it was brand-new with comfortable beds. This hotel was located in a central area very close to the quay of the Hurtigruten and town center, the center and the ocean and the mountains in the distance.

All around satisfied, the room was optically and technically well equipped. The breakfast offered everything that was needed. Also the location directly at the water, excellent!
The view of the construction site, however, was not disturbing. It's the only little negative point.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Hurtigruten terminal, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is very centrally located. Unfortunately this is also connected with street noise which disappears after ten o'clock in the evening. Very good breakfast and friendly service.

Cozy stay with nice views
Really liked this place! The staff was super friendly, and the coffee was available 24/7, clutch in the cold. The room was comfy with a great lake view. The breakfast spread was very nice, fresh juice and tasty pastries! Only thing is the room felt a bit small for our taste.

Quiet and great accommodation with magnificent setting right by the ocean and the mountains, alongside the quay of the Hurtigruten, and close to the town center, where all staff are professional and competent with a smile always ready.

Professional and welcoming staff. Excellent room with a wonderful view. I think most rooms at the hotell have a very nice seaview. Good breakfast. Easy access to everything in Harstad.
I missed a working air condition in the room when we were there since it was quite hot. But I guess that is often not needed.
